According to a 2015 report on global marijuana consumption, Nigerians consume marijuana, a lot, but not as much as Ghanaians, or Cambodians.
Ghana's Upper East Regional Minister, Albert Abongo, announced this during this year’s celebration of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
Marijuana, also called Indian hemp, is one hard drug that medical experts say could cause infertility in some people and mental disorder in others.
Here's a list of 10 countries with the highest marijuana consumption:
1. Democratic Republic of Korea
2 Cambodia
3 Ghana
4 The Netherlands
5 Uruguay
6 Iceland
7 Czech Republic
8 Nigeria
9 Jamaica
10 Portugal
